You can get your money back for an eSIM plan as long as it has not been activated. Here is exactly what can and cannot be refunded.

Can be refunded
A plan that has not been activated: not installed on a phone and no data used.
Cannot be refunded
- Plans that activate as soon as they are bought.
- Plans that include calls and text messages (SMS), as soon as they are bought.
- Combination plans: several plans in one, used one after another.
- An eSIM that has more than one plan on it, after a renewal or added data.
- A plan that has been installed or has used any data.
How to ask for a refund
Contact support from the website or the app with your order number. We check the plan and reply as soon as possible.
